Love and Unity is totally different, but they both help each other to achieved a purpose and today in this article you understand that purpose which Love and Unity can achieve together. Keep note when there's love there will be unity, because love brings people together and there's no place you will find unity without love, just as love brought us together with Christ Jesus because if not for the love Jesus have for us we won't have been united with our heavenly father the Almighty God.
The bible make us to understand a lot about love and before we go further with this article I will huge you to please read and study the book of 1 Corinthians 13:1-13 in this bible passage you will fully understand what love means.

Love is the first and foremost thing we are ought to have among us all as a Christ believers because it's a command from God almighty, if you read the book of John 13:34-35 the bible make us to understand that:

There's so much more about love that we couldn't explain it all but love is wonderful and love is everything.
Now that you have understand what love is let me share briefly what we understand about Unity.
What is Unity
Unity in a simple and straight forward way is a state of being united or joined together as a whole. As a Christ believer we are to set aside all differences and opinions that we might have towards one another, it might be among your families, may be among your co-workers or friends and may be among your church member you need to let it go and bind together in love and unity.
A a Christ believer or together as a church we must be united as one to fulfill God promises towards our life and our families and most importantly as a Church to fulfill Jesus mission by sharing the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ through out the universe, even Jesus prays for unity among his disciples and those who will hear them preaching in the book of John 17.
Apostle Paul stated concerning unity among his brethren in the book of 1 Corinthians 1:10-13, and as a Christian we should know that unity connects us to the Holy Spirit, read your bible in the book (Ephesians 4:1-3) to understand this, and we are all be given differs of gift to work in unity so that the body of Christ may be built, Ephesians 4:11-13 and in the book of Colossians 3:13-14 the word of God make us to understand that we should put on love which bind them all together in perfect unity. I am sure we all understands that no man has ever seen the almighty God but the word of God spoke to us in the book of 1 John 4:12 that:
I know by now you may be thinking about the purpose which love and unity can achieved together as stated earlier above, but before you know that I will like you to know this important things also like;
The Kind of Love We Should Have for One Another
We share with you in this part the kind of love and unity we are to have for one another truly as a Christ believer
The friendship between David and Jonathan is a very wonderful one and a good example we should follow to love one another, They both had a reason to be envious of each other and to hate each other, Yet Jonathan love David "as he loved himself" (1 Samuel 20:17), even when Saul his father is willing to kill David, Jonathan is willing to betray his own blood for the sake of David, Read the book of (1 Samuel 19:1-20) you will understand the owe story.
This is the highest love one person can have for another and it is the kind of love that Jesus commanded us to have when he said "Thou shall love thy neighbor as thyself. (Matthew 22:39).
The Kind of Unity We Should Have Among Our Selves
Before we unite as a Christ believer or as a group in our families or churches we should know that sometimes unity comes in two ways either Good or Bad, but as a Christ believer we need to be united in the good way and that's why I am going to give you an example of the two unity so you can understand why you should choose the good one.
In the bible we understand in Luke 23:12 that Herod and Pilate unite together just to scorn Jesus and we both know how it ends which means this is not a good unity.
But if Paul and Silas unite in the spirit and sing together in the prison for Christ sake in (Acts 16:25-30) read it you will understand how it ends and this is the kind of unity we are to practice as a Christ believers and achieved our main purpose.
The Benefit of Love and Unity Among Christ Believers
Now we are going to share with in this part the benefit of having love and unity or in other words the purpose you will achieved by having love and unity, without wasting much time let's get to the point
In Conclusion
Love and Unity among us Christ believers is one of the power to do extraordinary thing, with it we can achieved what others cannot, because if we prayed and ask in love and unity to our heavenly father the almighty God he will answer us. If you are united in your family or your church they will both stand out among others. Therefore let love and unity be our shield and our utmost priority as a Christ believer among our brethren in our environment, churches and most especially our family because you will see the glory of God shinning through you to the owe world and no one can do you no harm, because if anyone been uniting against the almighty God, his word or his children causes the almighty God to arise in defense of his Holy Name.

What is Love
- Love is a force of nature. However much we may want to, we can not command, nor demand or take away.
- Love is bigger than you and I, you can invite love but you can not dictate how, when and where love express itself, "You can choose to surrender to love or not, but in the end love strikes like a lightning: unpredictable and irrefutable. which means you can find yourself loving someone you don't like at all.
- Love is unconditional, it does not come with conditions.
- Love is free, it cannot be bought, sold, or traded. You cannot make someone to love you, nor you can you prevent it, not for any amount of money
- Love cannot be imprisoned, nor can it be legislated
- Love is not a substance, not a commodity, not even a marketable power source.
- Love has no territory, no borders, no quantifiable mass or energy output, it comes and go.

- It brings down the presence of God. Yes you may be wondering how can it be possible, let me tell you if you need God in that your situation? be united in love with someone also who need the presence of God in that same situation and you will both experience the presence God working through that situation. Read Matthew 18:20
- It brings instant answers to prayer. Have you been praying to God over one thing for long and you feel that no respond yet? why not pray in unity with your family and receive your respond instantly. Read Matthew 18:19
- It brings blessings and longevity(long life). Read Psalm 133:1-3
- It brings encouragement/motivation. Have you been trying to do something meaning with your life and you have been facing discouragement over and over again why not unite in love with someone you know capable of climbing that same mountain with you, it may be our Lord Jesus Christ, maybe your partner or your family member be united and be motivated to moved forward. Read Ecclesiastes 4:10
- It brings a great reward. Yes he did, if you work together as a team in unity and you achieved the goal you are chasing you will both enjoy the reward attach to it. Read Ecclesiastes 4:9
- It brings a great accomplishment. Read Genesis 11:1-9 and Leviticus 26:8.
